Laundry items received before 12:00 will be returned after 18:00 on the same day. Items received after 12:00 will be returned after 6:00 on the next day, or earlier than the specified time.

4. Attack the fire
If the fire is small, use the nearest fire extinguisher or fire hose reel to put out the fire, Do Not put yourself at risk.
5. Evacuate
In case the fire is out of control, close the doors and leave the building immediately.
6. Fire Alarm
If you hear the fire alarm, remain alert and prepare yourself to evacuate. If directed to evacuate, leave the room immediately by the nearest exit staircase.
7. Do not attempt to pack belongings
Time is precious. Do not attempt to pack your things, leave your room immediately.
8. Do not use the elevators, use exit stairs.
9. Inform someone of your presence
Use the room’s landline phone and dial 100 to contact the reception for assistance, knock on the door, or signal from the window to attract the attention of people below. Do not jump out of the building. Rescue services may arrive within a few minutes.
10. Keep the fire out
